What You Will Learn
Step into a relaxed, date-night inspired cooking experience where you’ll create a full plant-based dinner from start to finish. Begin with crisp, flavor-packed crostini, then build a rich, creamy mushroom truffle pasta as your centerpiece. Learn how to perfectly roast asparagus with bright lemon and garlic for a simple yet refined side. To finish, master molten chocolate lava cakes that bring the evening to a memorable close. Along the way, enjoy shared small bites that set the tone for a social, restaurant-style experience designed to be enjoyed together.
What To Expect: In our classes you’ll work together with other students, sharing workstations and equipment in a fun, hands-on environment led by professional chef instructors. Classes are approximately 2 hours unless otherwise noted. Hands-on classes have limited availabilities. You will be standing, cooking, and working for most of the class. Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back.
Cancellations or changes must be completed at least 48 hours before the start time of class.
